Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We are seeking a Co-Founding Sweat Equity No Liability Partner to join our LLC partnership with the title Chief Operating Officer (COO) .

The successful candidate will be granted 24% ownership, authority vote and profit share of our newly created Florida LLC with explicit language that requires $0 upfront or future investment or cost liability.

The COO will be responsible for overseeing the partnership’s daily website traffic, creating new content and supporting members while ensuring operational excellence.

Duties

Blog & Course Creation – Using our Open AI assisted software you will create new blogs & online courses based on many partnership agreed subjects then copy relevant links to products from our store and paste at the end of each blog & course.

E-Commerce Presentation – Using online shopping best practices manage 25,000 product listings & categories and create rotational weekly sells / discounts.

Website Administrator – Our websites run on a Godaddy Dedicated Server built with WordPress and Woocommerce. We have a dedicated support team but the COO must become familiar with all aspects of the websites and admin panels to do low level member and software management.

Technical Support – Tech support is only offered on the use of our website multi purpose platform, not for any products that we sell.

Memberships – There are 3 levels of membership with different benefits & permissions to manage and update.

Credibility Points – Points are awarded for many user actions on the website that can be redeemed for merchandise and shown to members to represent experience within the community.

Onsite Advertising – Member sponsored ads and product & course promotions show on website pages to drive user attention.

Customer Service – answering email and returning phone calls about customer order transactions.
Requirements

Proven experience in being a self motivating, self starter with passion and creativity for computer work.

Strong background in website creation and management.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

A commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for operational excellence.
